Our mission

Field service is the backbone of the American economy. HVAC techs keep families warm in winter. Plumbers fix the pipe that burst at 11pm. Electricians wire the addition that houses a new baby. And yet, most of them are running their businesses on software built for offices, not trucks — or worse, on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a group text thread.

We started FieldWise HQ because we believe those business owners deserve better: a platform that's actually built for how their work happens, that doesn't cost the margin on a full-day install, and that gets out of their way so they can get back to the job.

Built for the field

Every feature is tested against the reality of a truck, a crawlspace, a service entrance at 5pm on a Friday. If it doesn't work there, it doesn't ship.

Honest pricing

No per-user penalties for growing. No "contact us for pricing." No 36-month contracts. You pay for what you use, and you can leave when you want.

Move fast, ship weekly

We iterate based on what real customers ask for. If you need a feature, tell us — most of what's in the product started as a customer request.

Your data is yours

You own it. You can export it. We don't sell it, train models on it, or hold it hostage if you decide to leave.

Humans, not tickets

When something breaks, you reach a person who knows the product — not a chatbot or a tier-one queue.

Respect the trade

The people who do this work are the reason we exist. Every decision is filtered through: "Does this make their day easier?"

Where we are

FieldWise HQ is operated from the United States. Our team is small, remote, and intensely focused on the product. We're actively onboarding new customers and shipping improvements every week.
